Professions on FantasyRP are built under the philosophy of being expansionist, not restrictive - what this means, in the simplest terms, is that the basics can be done by any profession and that having a relevant profession only means that you do it with a greater efficiency - such as having the ability to create double outputs or apply an enchantment on to it. Nearly all of the profession-locked items are completely new - such as custom foods or battering rams.
The command to view the profession information is /skills, here you can choose one gathering and one crafting profession.

You can clear your professions by right clicking on the intended soul in the /souls menu, from there click "Clear Professions" to pick to clear either your crafting or gathering profession.
