Guard Default
- Minor Crimes require the Guard to ask/tell the offender to leave before the conflict defaults to them.
- Must be a legitimate guard or soldier of the Nation, they must also be in uniform.
- The Offender must have broken a law, an assumption of wrongdoing is not proof enough to take Guard Default.
