EDICT OF TEMPORARY CHANCELLORSHIP
As per Kazadun Keno Harikoasson Rusteye's wishes, during his 3 year long pilgrimage across Zhularion for causes he did not reveal, Hazduun shall be taken care of by Gradr Dawnbeard/Grady Dawkins as its temporary Chancellor, granted full powers save for changing laws, which would require the Kazadun's approval.

Letters with inquiries or requests may be left at Northernhill 6, in Hilltown. Both citizens and visitors are welcome.

Ubbe Bloodaxe would look at the parchment, narrowing his brows. "When was there ever a notice to the Cozunīn, does our tongue no longer matter within the affairs of the Kaz? Are we dewizim no longer the standing ground of Hazduun, as it is our ancestral lands. Or is it the fact that we are to be seen as equal to those of not our blood or ancestry. I do not remember a time of which any past Kazadun would do anything without consulting the Cozunīn first, nor do I remember a Kazadun, giving grand titles to any who does not share the same blood as a true Dewi!" Ubbe would tear down the parchment, tossing it into the fires in the forge.
