[Basilica Cruor]

The order to “Kill on Sight” will be removed effective immediately. Blood elves and citizens of Basilica are not to be escorted from the grounds of Promdor or any affiliated Promdor events under the sole premise of being a citizen.

This ruling may be overlooked if the citizen of Basilica Cruor has committed a proven crime and holds an active bounty, publicly known. Then action appropriate and proportionate to their crime may be taken. An understanding of one’s faith on both sides is to be respected, it is mutual to understand that a citizen of either nation shall not speak lowly of the other faith within their respective territory. Failure on either side will result of a punishment decent to that crime as well as informing the other of why punishment and who it was given to.

This goes both ways. No citizen of Promdor is to be escorted from the grounds of Basilica, threatened, or anything of the sort lest they have committed a crime of some kind worthy of being escorted.

This ruling is absolute, overlaying any lesser request or order unless agreed upon unanimously by the council of the respective nation.

You thought your bonds were cut away?” they idly spoke, a laugh parting their lips. “Nay, Grandmaster Urswick, you are not free…” Turning, they stepped down the street as the ‘glorious’ sun made its retreat behind the horizon.

An elf slowly made his way down the streets of Promdor, humming a happy tune, and scribbling down some notes in his journal. As he passed the missive, he stopped to read it. His only response was a nod as he made his was towards the Research Guild.

Suzette would read the missives posted, sipping on her tea lightly. Her blonde brows were furrowed up in confusion and distaste, a small huff exitting from her nose.

"What zort of mizzive iz zhis? Zhey have zaid two different zhings in one mizzive.. Are zhey welcome or not? Bezides-"

She would pass the missive over to her brother, letting out a small sigh.

"What zort of Goddezz iz intolerable of ozher faithz? Zeems a bit ridiculouz to moi... Our Godz do not look upon ze ozher Godz wizh diztain, non?"

Suzette clicked her tongue, offering a shake of her head. The steam from the tea wafted up from her cup as she settled into her chair with a slouch.

Iryandus would stroll past such response ontop of his stallion. The Blood elf would begin to read the missive outload, chuckling every few lines until he reached the end. The man looked at the sun with a soft smirk on his face, gently saying

"Ah.. My good old friend.. I wonder what happened to him.. He always appears on papers, yet the old cripple never makes appearances in public places. Ever since the fool of Rovnia was impaled by my own hands, The horse fucker was never to be seen again. A shame really, he was great entertainment.. I wonder how long until the new generation of Promdor will notice that these extremists, terrorists are led by a man who claims his work is done for his gods and goddesses, yet this very same man is shunned by such for protecting a certain list of his so called enemies for his own personal gain.. I only wonder when others will realise they are being led by a fool who is very willing to sacrifice his own followers to save his skin..."

And as such, Iryandus would rearrange his crimson red cloak, and continue travelling within the nation of Promdor itself.

An insignificant acolyte, an advising voice, sat keenly, perched within the open window of her turret. Donning a white beret and gentle gleam, a canister of mulberry lip-stain sat in her open palm and in the other, two missives were curled as one.

“O’ my silver father, bless me with your calculation. For I cannot be a woman of just one solution… If it is not knowledge, grace me with some fate.”

In the intimacy of her own turret, Tarquin cracked a gleam, waving the parchments like a fan against her face, idly waiting for her make-up to set as she pondered. In the protective layer of white and a sun emblem, the woman was tasked with ensuring the balance between man and divine. It’s a tedious task, when both faith and order are driven by passion, yet the ruddy peasant consulted herself regardless, and whispered to a crowd of leaves and candles.

What she said, what she concluded, what she believed, remains concealed behind cobbled arches and the stained glass of Alba’s monastery, yet, the one thing that could be assured is that the wishes of both his grace and the all encompassing would be met.

She believed (naively, or wisely), that mutual satisfaction could exist. In such a deteriorating world.​

Of course, such a critical woman would have read such a missive, and of course, would have something to say. She keeps it gripped, firmly, in her single hand, once more having a second to regrow. A second time she reads through, and cringes.

Now, she returns it to where she had taken it from, pinning it to the board. Now, the response from 'Gwyn Thorpe.' And quickly, she furrows a brow. Just the first few words warranted surprise.

Whatever she had thought of it, her tone was neutral. The woman turns, running through complaints in her head. Quickly, she leaves for the wagon, humming whilst mulling over the subject.

He grumbled and shook his head finally walking away "Blood Elves do not deserve a sanctuary of peace. They deserve fire and blood." He chuckled "Ironic." The group of Blood Elf children cried upon hearing Isil's words as they watched him casually stroll away through Basilica

"Oh, little one... Sylvia my sweet child I am afraid due to the actions of certain people you will grow up in times of war...or worse.."

She stared at the child as they giggled and now tried grappling the lady's extended ears. She chuckled lightly, her frown flipping into a soft grin. Readjusting her careful hold of them as she spoke.

"But I will give up my life to ensure your safety, you must not worry...Even if the world turns to ashes - you will be alright.."

She turned away from the notice, turning her full loving attention to the child. She began to hum a familiar tune that rested softly in her mind..
