The Empire of Aenlorethier hereby issues this public statement unto Elathion Dagre'sae

Though you were entrusted with the fabled weapon Eventide - the long lost spear of Vanok, we ask that you return such unto his majesty Nardual Aeleth for safekeeping in the soon to be constructed Museum of Elven History. Such a weapon is not meant to be held in one man's hands. It's properties make it required for any attack upon our realm by forces otherwise unstoppable. As such, it's placement in the museum would be that for emergency use.

Upon these facts, it is with great grief that on threat of the charges following, the weapon need be returned before the 1st of the Eclipse, 30 AC

[1.3] Failure of Compliance to Authority

Due to the accused's loyalty unto the Empire in the past, the consequences of such will be lessened but not outright ignored.
